THE INTERCESSORY JOURNEY TOWARD THE RESTORATION OF POWER CENTERS, SPIRITUAL LEGACY, AND THE BREAKING OF SAUL-DAVID DYNAMICS IN A REGION
I believe we are on a journey toward spiritual HERD IMMUNITY.
This was first meant to be an introduction to a series of still-ongoing visions from God about the inner journeys of the heart, that are a direct result of the spiritual impartation of the prophetic mantle that is above the Morningstar Ministries. But it become apparent to me the impact that my personal journey and healing had on my understanding of some spiritual dynamics in my region. When you solve a problem, that is not just your own, you solve it for others, too. And when you start to walk toward maturity, you will not want to play church anymore
No matter how much you want God, you will never outgrow the confines of the group of people with whom you share common beliefs. Your Christianity can be playing in the sandbox or something more serious. We have a prophetic sandbox and an apostolic sandbox and all other sandboxes. Those sandboxes will have all the representations of the real things, but in a format that will suit the carnal Christians. And then things will not work, because they are toys. If your 5 old son asks you to buy him a Ferrari, you can do it easily. He will be happy with the toy. And so is with carnal Christians. They will ask God for the prophetic and apostolic and God as a good Father will give that to them. But in a representative form, not the real thing, because they are immature and can't handle it. And for the times of our immaturity, we can only thank God that He didn't give us what we wanted, but still graced us with answers. Some of us will never outgrow the sandboxes. But some of us will. That is why it is very important whom you connect with and whom you belong to, because we all belong somewhere, even if it is a club of individualists who have in common that they do not belong anywhere. We, humans, are herd creatures, whether we like it or not.
A little over a year ago, my family was in a very difficult place in life and more out of desperation than out of some conscious decision, we responded to an invitation from the Morningstar Fellowship of Ministries to join them. Something that at first looked like a life shipwreck turned into one of the most exciting adventures of my life. The incredible impartation that followed in the following months is hard to describe in words. People recognized the potential in us, despite the desperate state we were in, and allowed us to renew and activate all the things that have been suppressed for many years due to a religiously rigorous structure. I can’t thank Derek Tripp, Tracy Schelhorn, Tom and Mary Anne Hardiman enough, the lovely Cathy Martin and Lisa and Ed Sniadecky, Morningstar leaders who took a lot of time, and invested in us. And Tope Analogbei and the army of intercessors who were praying for us and our region.
From the first meetings, that we attended, it became clear to me that the prophetic mantle over the Morningstar Ministries is very powerful and that any individual can be activated in God if he comes under that mantle. Regardless, meetings and individual consultations took place through Zoom. But I have noticed that the dimensions of communion with the Holy Spirit and the mutual acceptance of people who allow themselves to have different opinions are very different from what I have had the opportunity to observe in other churches. God has breathing space and people have space to freely express themselves. I think the activation and growth that I have had the opportunity to see in the past months are a result of this communion and open-heart sharing of the things of God, more than the specific prophetic mantle by which the community is recognized. I know a lot of people are connecting with Morningstar mainly because of the prophetic, but for me, that was more concern at first, because a lot of prophetic is like a full house of guests, which means a lot of cleaning after the party. I have to admit that I didn’t trust the tribal feel of the prophetic movements where anyone can prophesy because I was formerly part of a movement that restricted the free movement of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in practice, but otherwise highly valued prophecy. So I had all the theory but didn’t want the mess that came with a living and active community.
And the series of visions I have received recently are very specific and messy, and they are a direct result of spiritual impartation that came after connecting with the mature circle of God’s servants, it is a dimension of encounters with the Lord that I did not know before. The eyes of the Lord came to see me (2 Chr 16:9). I will tell you about it another time.
I am writing this because I believe it is time to recognize true spiritual fatherhood and acknowledge the real dynamics of the transmission of the inheritance of the saints. Even if we are robbed because of ignorance of what rightfully belongs to us because we are children of God, God will send people on our path to repair the damage and get us back on track. I had a history of people pushing me out of my legacy, both naturally and spiritually, and I was assuming wasn’t good enough for bigger things, or believed that I would squander it anyway because of immaturity. That is how a religious spirit works. It will rob you of your inheritance, leave you half-naked, and then blame you for what happened. But the inheritance is not yours because you are good enough. It's yours by birthright. When we came to Morningstar we felt as if people we didn’t know before were willing to give us everything. And at first, it was hard to understand. Without trumpets and fanfare. Through simple relationships.
In some churches, the inability to recognize the body as your own is an autoimmune disease of the local community. That is why, as Paul says in the Epistle to the Corinthians, many are sick and many are asleep. I believe this is one of the reasons why there are so much sick people in churches that profess healing by faith and teach the Scriptures about healing. The body's immunity is achieved by recognizing the body as its own. The Body of Christ, brothers, and sisters, not just the ordinance of the Lord’s supper but people in the everyday walk. Once you are recognized and recognize others, you can begin to function. Not before.
Many people abort their spiritual destiny by hearing God’s call but not waiting for recognition by the people of God. They take it upon themselves, convinced that God has spoken to them. When John the Baptist almost refused to baptize Jesus because he said he is not worthy of doing that, Jesus replied that must be fulfilled, what is right. People are anointed by God and then, in a hurry because no one recognizes them at the level they feel qualified, they leave their place prematurely and enter the ministry without the authentication of legitimacy, that final seal of God. God will speak to you first in person, and lead you through the secret process so that He can recognize you in public as well.
I think it is time for the doctrine of spiritual impartation and laying on hands to become again a fundamental doctrine of every Christian's life, it was not intended only for the ordination of God’s servants but for every child of God. The form can change, but the essence is still the same. Spiritual gifts and dimensions can be imparted from one person to another, even if they are not in the same place, but connected somehow because there is no physical distance in the spirit realm.
Excommunication or ex-communication is interrupted communication. All impartation is interrupted. The thriving community is reduced to spectators only and the pulpit becomes a stage. The people are down and the stage is up. Nobody comes UP, and nobody goes DOWN, only God is allowed to move. Sometimes that happens because the leader himself is without proper authentication, maybe he came to his place of authority without the proper process or he began well but operates with expired spiritual identification, he is not able to train anyone to the extent that they can function in their calling independently of him. This is why isolation occurs. Pirated versions of churches that are hiding, feel unrecognized, but at the same time, they themselves do not know who they are. Something we don’t even know how to define is hard to join. "We know Paul, we know Jesus, but who are you?" the devils asked the priests who were trying to operate in the authority of the name of Jesus. Unable to answer them, the priests were attacked and dispersed. Churches and individuals who hide behind the name of Jesus, behind diverse teachings, who seek their identity in confirmation from the pulpit and do not know who they are, will always pull this short in an open confrontation with the devils. And it's not the devil's fault. They just asked a question, prepared to leave immediately if the person was authorized to carry the certificate of eviction. The devils are legalistic, too.
This April (2022), when we attended a conference in Charlotte, I had a vision one morning at a meeting of intercessory prayer. Again, I felt like my hands and feet belonged to other servants of God from our geographical region. As if I bring them and their entire life with me. I have seen many suffer in the service of the Lord, many try their best, but they always feel that it is not enough. I saw that some of them aborted God's process and entered into ministry in an inappropriate way. And as they were trying to hide it, it was obvious that they felt illegitimate and were burdened by guilt. Some of them were robbed of their heritage by their spiritual fathers, so they took it themselves anyway, I saw many leaders striving with the work of God because they were refused the place at the table by their spiritual fathers and that left a scar on their hearts and souls. But at the same time, I saw another group of shepherds who felt threatened by people whom God gave them to nurture and therefore did not pass on the inheritance to those whom the Lord entrusted to them. God wants to free his children and reveal the hidden snares of the enemy so that there will be no more slaughter and theft in the field of God.
God was leading me in repentance on behalf of both groups that day. I felt a great release after that morning, which is hard to express with words. A release that will impact a wider geographical region around our country. Since He will remove the shame of illegitimacy, and He will take away the guilt of the blood. There will be a release of the spiritual sons who found themselves helpless in the hands of the religious system.
Then He will judge the spirit of Jezebel, who made His children eunuchs so as not to endanger her. The spirit that caused people to be deliberately kept in a permanent status of immaturity, and an inability to grow so as not to accidentally exceed the spiritual level of their leaders. People were robbed of fertility for the Lord so that they could serve in the court of Ahab and Jezebel. This spirit attacked mainly churches with great spiritual authority. Regional power centers.
God will also grant mercy to the pirate versions of the ministries because they did not know better. Some will burn their pirated copies and join the legitimate ones. Some will renounce the spoils of their marches in the Name of the Lord because they will see a real treasure in sanctification and obedience, they will consider it an honor to be able to serve at the feet of His Bride in spite of their previous spiritual adulteries. Jesus is the head of the body. He wants to bring everyone, every community back to glory. We see in part and we prophesy in part. That was only a small portion of what God is going to do as the churches will rise in maturity and great joy will be with them. He is repairing the cracks in the foundations by revealing the foundational doctrines in visions, and dreams, with multiple wisdom, and the written Word is coming alive.
Jesus gave the fivefold ministry of prophets, apostles, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to enable the saints. If there is no transfer of the dimensions of the Holy Spirit, if there is no enabling of others, these are just empty titles. Healthy communities are becoming recognizable. The patterns are out. And this time is free of charge.
